The Comer Homes Group, promoter of The Sentinel, a strategic housing development (SHD) that received permission for the construction of 428 apartments in 2019, has submitted a revised application for an extension to the scheme that includes an additional 102 units. If approved, this would increase the total number of residential units to 530.
