Ryanair’s new office ‘Airside Green’, has been completed and handed over by Mac Group, the projects main contractors.
The state-of-the-art, office development located at Airside Business Park in Swords took at total of 12 months to complete excluding an 8-week delay due to Covid-19.
The L-shaped building now features 10,700m² of lettable office accommodation spanning over 6 storeys.
The building enters through a reception foyer housed within a five-storey high glazed atrium overlooked from the levels above by open balconies.
The development consists of 180 surface car parking spaces along with cycle shelters.
Architects, Atkins Ireland has delivered this project to a BIM level 2 standard under the BSi Kitemark.
CGI consultants, 3D Design Bureau, liaised closely with Atkins Ireland to provide 3D marketing solutions and 3D planning solutions for Airside Green. 3D Design Bureau produced a series of presentation photomontages which are being used to showcase the development and secure planning permission.

Construction on Cork city centre’s latest and largest office development, Navigation Square, is well underway. The 4-block complex will be able to facilitate over 3,000 workers when completed.
