The Colt Collection in Foxrock has been chosen by the public as 3DDB’s Best Project of Q2, securing 61% of the vote. Auburn Woods finished in second place, receiving the next-highest share of votes from this quarter’s shortlist.
Located on Torquay Road and Golf Lane, The Colt Collection is an exclusive development of four detached, five-bedroom homes in the heart of Foxrock. The scheme sits within one of Dublin’s most sought-after residential neighbourhoods, close to a wide range of amenities, boutique shops and well-regarded schools.
To help Oakwood Group present the homes and their interiors while construction was still underway, 3D Design Bureau produced two interior CGIs and an interactive off-plan virtual tour of one of the five-bedroom Cedarvale units.
Together, these materials gave prospective buyers a clearer sense of the layout, interior design and overall character of the homes before completion. The interior CGIs captured key spaces within the property, while the virtual tour allowed viewers to move through the home and explore it in greater detail.
3DDB’s Best of the Quarter
The Best of the Quarter initiative celebrates the work of 3D Design Bureau alongside the wider design and development teams behind each shortlisted project. Voting was open to the public and conducted anonymously. The latest edition focused exclusively on interior projects, including visualisations and off-plan virtual tours created to support the marketing and pre-sales of residential developments.

Meath County Council has granted permission with conditions for revised plans at Cell 27 within the wider Dunshaughlin East residential development. The modification replaces 64 previously approved apartments with 51 homes across a mix of houses, duplexes and apartments, while also changing how community facilities are provided within this part of the scheme.
