Fairywood
This is Lagan Homes Ireland’s latest residential development in Co. Meath. Now on the market, the scheme offers a mix of two, three, and four-bedroom homes, designed with spacious kitchens, bright open-plan living areas, and a strong focus on modern family living.
Designed by Arthur Gibney and Partners Architects, Fairywood is located within a growing community, close to a range of local amenities including schools, cafés, restaurants, shops, and everyday services.
Following our work on several Lagan Homes developments, 3D Design Bureau was appointed to support the marketing of Fairywood and assist the client in securing off-plan sales while the scheme was still under construction.
Our scope of work included three streetscape architectural CGIs, showcasing the different house types available within the development, as well as one of the internal road layouts. These visuals were designed to help prospective buyers understand the character and layout of the scheme, as well as the arrangement of the homes.
We also produced an interior CGI of the kitchen and dining space within House Type D. This image helped communicate the layout, finishes, and atmosphere of the home, giving buyers a clearer sense of how the space could look and feel once complete.
To further support the off-plan sales process, our team created an interactive off-plan virtual tour of a three-bedroom house. This allowed users to explore the property remotely, moving through the rooms and experiencing the layout in a more immersive way than still imagery alone can provide.
A key differentiator on this project, similar to our work on Haley’s Hill, was the adaptation of the tour for VR use. Our team adjusted key settings, such as the height of the viewpoints, to improve realism and user comfort when viewed through a headset, creating a more engaging experience for buyers and sales teams.
Drawing on the workflow we developed for Sommerville, we also produced architectural animation content in both landscape and vertical reel-style formats. Using newly adopted rendering technology, our team delivered social-ready video material designed for the platforms where buyers are increasingly active, without compromising on resolution or visual quality.
Together, the CGIs, animations and off-plan virtual tour provided Lagan Homes with a flexible marketing toolkit, helping to present Fairywood clearly and effectively while construction continues on site.
