Mercer Vale
Located in the highly sought-after Cherrywood neighbourhood in South Dublin, Mercer Vale is a premium residential scheme by Cairn Homes. Perfectly positioned between the scenic Dublin Mountains and Dublin Bay, this development offers a mix of modern houses, own-door duplexes, and stylish apartments.
Our journey with the Mercer Vale project began at the end of summer 2025, when our team was brought onto the project to deliver an Off-Plan Virtual Tour showcasing the 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units of the scheme.
Initially, the client requested exterior architectural CGIs to serve as the starting points for the tour. However, after reviewing the site’s location, we advised a different approach. Given the natural backdrop of the Dublin Mountains and Dublin Bay, we recommended creating two high-quality presentation photomontages, using real background photography, and using them as starters instead. This allowed us to authentically capture the stunning real-world surroundings and integrate the proposed development seamlessly into the landscape, providing a much stronger and more accurate sense of place from the very first click.
The interactive tour, which is the very core of this project, allows potential buyers to digitally walk through the bright, modern interiors, experiencing the spatial layout, ample storage, and high-quality finishes firsthand long before construction is complete.
To connect the interior living spaces with the wider community environment, we expanded the virtual experience to include a complete 360-degree view in the central courtyard. Positioned perfectly between the apartment blocks and the duplexes, this viewpoint gives viewers a comprehensive understanding of the shared communal spaces which will be available in the scheme.
