Oakmount
Developed by D/RES Properties, this is a collection of three, four, and five-bedroom homes set in the foothills of the Wicklow Mountains. It is the final phase of the five schemes that make up Altidore Gardens, a new neighbourhood connected to Newtownmountkennedy.
Having previously supported D/RES in marketing developments while still under construction, we were once again appointed to produce interior CGIs and an interactive off-plan virtual tour of The Birch, the four-bedroom house type at Oakmount.
Two aspects made this project particularly interesting. The first was the home’s unique layout, with the bedrooms and laundry room located on the ground floor. The second was the level of detail in the material references and moodboards supplied by North Design, which even included written briefs for each room, outlining the intended look and feel of every space.
Working from such comprehensive information from the start allowed our team to accurately interpret and visualise the original design goal.
One of the key benefits of producing the virtual tour first is that it streamlines the creation of still imagery. By building from the same detailed digital model, we can maintain a consistently high standard across all deliverables.
