Staycity Aparthotels, Heidelberg

Following our collaboration on the Wilde Aparthotel in London, Staycity approached us once again, this time to create an off-plan virtual tour for their aparthotel in Heidelberg, Germany. Conveniently located near Heidelberg’s central station and within walking distance of the city’s top attractions, this aparthotel offers a variety of apartment configurations, ranging from studio apartments to two-bedroom units.

For this project, we were appointed to deliver a different kind of marketing solution compared to the visuals we produced for the London development. Instead of the interior CGIs and architectural animation, this time the focus was on creating an interactive off-plan virtual tour of the studio unit.

This digital experience allows prospective guests to explore the accommodation before even beginning their trip, offering a valuable tool for driving engagement and early bookings.

With a detailed material specification and photo references of a similar room in another Staycity location, our team developed an immersive visual experience that accurately brought the design to life.

We collaborated closely with the design team to showcase their original vision, allowing users to explore every element of the space and freely navigate the unit from anywhere in the world. This level of accessibility is crucial in the hospitality sector, where visual clarity and guest confidence play a key role in pre-booking decisions.

Our main focus was on achieving a highly accurate representation of the studio apartment, ensuring all key materials, finishes, and design features were captured in detail.
