Ardrath is an exclusive housing scheme of 372 new homes located in Crodaun, Celbridge, Co. Kildare. The scheme, designed by John Fleming Architects, is being developed by Irish home-builders, Ardstone Homes.

Main contractors, Highgate Developments began construction on Ardrath in April 2021 and has commenced works on 296 units. The overall scheme is expected to be completed in 2023.
The 372-unit scheme comprises a mix of traditional two, three, and four-bedroom homes and one and two-bedroom apartments. The houses include 20 two-bed houses, 140 three-bed houses, and 58 four-bed houses. The apartments comprise 68 one-bed units and 86 two-bed units.
The four-bedroom houses will extend to approximately 1,453 sq. ft, with the three-bedroom houses covering 1,238 sq. ft.
Large sections of the 9.5-hectare site will be allocated for public and open space. The plans outline the provision of play areas and open greens. A total of 633 car parking spaces and bicycle storage units are also outlined in the plans.
Ardrath in Celbridge offers a quick and easy work commute to Dublin City Centre, with plenty of local transport links. Ardrath is also close to several major employers, including Intel and the Department of Agriculture, Food, and Marine. The new Lufthansa Technik premises, due to open shortly, is located just a few minutes from Ardrath.
With sections of Ardrath under construction, Ardstone liaised with CGI consultants, 3D Design Bureau to produce a series of 3D visualisations for marketing purposes. 3D Design Bureau produced an interactive off-plans 360 virtual tour, aerial CGIs, interior CGIs, and architectural CGIs which are being used to sell units off-plans.
