Beakonshaw obtains approval for a new large residential development in Delgany

An Bord Pleanála has granted conditional planning permission to Beakonshaw Hill Limited for the construction of a new large-scale residential scheme at Chapel Road, Delgany, encompassing 84 dwellings and a crèche on a 2.67-hectare site.

Kindlestown House is designed to feature 50 apartments, 26 houses, and 8 units within the refurbished existing structure and stable yard buildings. The residential units will be divided into a range of options, spanning from 1- to 4-bedroom configurations.

Named after a protected structure on the site, the project will involve restoration and refurbishment efforts. These works will include adding a first-floor conservatory and modifying the adjoining outbuildings, which comprise demolishing two sheds.
