Irish developers, O’Flynn Group, have resumed construction on ‘Oldtown Woods’ a new residential scheme located on Oldtown Road, Oldtown, Celbridge, Co. Kildare.
Oldtown Woods will feature 251 new homes made up of a mix of 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom detached, semi-detached and mid-terraced houses. The apartments will comprise one-, two-, and three-bedroom units in two and three-storey blocks. Construction work is currently underway with the first phase of the houses due to ready for occupation in quarter 4 of 2020.
Each house will have a A-rated energy efficiency rating and tenants will benefit from both private gardens and communal lawns and landscaping.
The 23-acre site is located within 5 minutes of Celbridge village with a number of transport links within close proximity. These include the M4 and M50 motorways, and Hazelhatch train station which offers frequent rail links into Dublin City Centre.
CGI consultants, 3D Design Bureau, liaised with O’Flynn Group to produce a series of 3D marketing solutions. 3D Design Bureau produced architectural CGIs, interior CGIs and an off-plans 360 virtual tours which are currently being used by the developer and real-estate agents to showcase and market the development while it is in the construction phase.

CGI Consultants: 3D Design Bureau are specialists in Architectural Visualisation, BIM and VR – Delivering Quality 3D Planning, 3D Marketing, BIM and Reality Capture Solutions. For this project, 3D Design Bureau created a series of architectural CGIs and interior CGIs. All images were used for marketing purposes. They are based in South Dublin.
Off-plans 360 virtual tours allow a user to move through the future planned space from point to point of internal and external areas. These 360 tours give users a fully immersive experience and are designed to a photo-realistic standard.
