A new residential development is underway on Coleville Road, Clonmel. Developed by Torca Homes, the scheme had amendments approved by An Bord Pleanála in October 2024.
Our services helped Torca Homes demonstrate to the local authority the potential impacts of the amended plans on the surrounding environment. The amendments include the omission of 24 permitted duplex units, replaced with additional houses and apartments, resulting in a revised total of 122 units—seven more than the previously permitted 115 units.

The development comprises 46 apartments, available in 1- and 2-bedroom options within three blocks up to three storeys high, and 76 houses in 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom configurations, available as terraced and semi-detached units.
Approved plans for the underway Clonmel development also include a 160 sq.m. childcare facility. Large sections of the site will be designated for public and open space, featuring open greens and pedestrian links. A total of 205 car parking spaces and 389 cycle spaces will be provided.
