Irish developers, O’Flynn Group have unveiled the latest 3D visuals for their major residential development, ‘Beechpark’ located in Cabinteely, Dublin 18.
When complete, Beechpark will comprise a total of 225 homes made up of 83 houses and 142 apartments. The scheme was first launched in November 2019 with continual phases of 25 to 30 homes being launched and residents moving in.
The houses consist of 3 & 4 bedroom detached and semi-detached homes that will range from 2 to 3 storeys in height. The apartments will comprise of 1 & 2 bed units that will be arranged in 4 apartment blocks that will range in height up to 5 storeys.
The launched houses range in price from €590k for 3-bed, semi-detached units to €770k for 4-bed, detached units.
As sections of the development are still under construction, O’Flynn Group liaised with CGI consultants, 3D Design Bureau to produce a series of 3D visualisations. 3D Design Bureau produced an interactive off-plans 360 virtual tour, interior CGIs, and architectural CGIs which are being used to sell units off-plans.

For this project, 3D Design Bureau created a series of verified view montages, architectural CGIs, interior CGIs, and an off-plans 360 virtual tour which were used for both planning and marketing purposes.
Located next to the woodland at Deerpark, The Pinnacle will look over the 32 acres of green space and have sweeping views of Dublin Bay.
A report by Global Market Insights (GMI) has projected that 3D Rendering Software will achieve growth of 20% per year between 2020 and 2026. The market size surpassed $2B in 2019 and if projections are accurate, there will be a total increase of 450% over 7 years.
