Plans have been granted by Meath County council for the construction of a new residential development on Boyne Road, Navan, Co. Meath.
Before works can begin at the site, demolition works will take place involving an existing bungalow and additional outbuildings.

The approved development by Andrews Construction Ltd. encompasses 93 residential units in a mix of 2-storey houses and 3-storey apartment duplexes. Featuring 1 and 2-bedroom apartments, 2-bedroom duplexes, and a range of 2, 3, and 4-bedroom houses available to choose from.
This new development will include 170 car parking spaces, 9 of which are dedicated for the new 164sqm creche, making this development an ideal location for families.
New residents can also utilise 5,624 sqm of landscaped open space recreation areas. The development includes additional hard and soft landscaping areas throughout the residential estate.
To accommodate the residential units, the development will be connected by a network of estate roads and footpaths.
There will also be provision for new primary access from Boyne Road and a second access point into the site located via the I34003 road. Extensive road widening and improvement works will also take place, which will benefit the wider local community.
To complement the residential units, the developers plan on providing the houses with private open space including hard and soft landscaping. Furthermore, plans outline the provision of dedicated communal open spaces, as well as upgrades to the existing vehicular entrance and pedestrian access to the site.
CGI Consultants, 3D Design Bureau worked closely with the design team to provide 3D planning solutions including verified view montages (VVMs), Computer Generated Images (CGIs) which were submitted as part of the planning application to Meath County Council.
