The Pastures: New apartment development approved on Sandyford Road July, 2024

Planning permission has been granted for a new residential development at the site of ‘The Pastures’ in Dublin 18. The approved project comprises 33 apartments, including 10 one-bedroom units, 20 two-bedroom units, and 3 three-bedroom units, distributed across two apartment blocks ranging from three to five storeys.

New 580-Unit Residential Development Under Construction in Dublin 15 June. 2024

Construction is underway on a major large-scale residential development on the Hollystown-Kilmartin lands in Dublin 15. Developed by Glenveagh Homes, this scheme secured planning approval from Fingal County Council at the end of 2023.

The Lookout: A New 94-unit Rental Apartment Development in Dalkey June, 2024

The Lookout, a new 94-unit rental apartment scheme, is now available in Charleville on Harbour Road, Dalkey. The estimated €23 million development offers a mix of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units, each with private open spaces, car parking, and bicycle storage.

£340M Belfast Grand Central Station enters final construction phases May, 2024

Works On Site: Famous Kiely’s Pub in Dublin 4 Transforms into 86-unit Co-living Development May, 2024

Construction is progressing on an 86-unit co-living scheme at the former Kiely’s Pub in the South Dublin village of Donnybrook. In 2021, An Bord Pleanála upheld Dublin City Council’s decision to grant planning permission with conditions for the development. The original planning application comprised seven storeys and was made up of 100 shared living units.
