Cairn Homes Plc, has received planning approval for the construction of a residential development in Clonburris, County Dublin. The proposed development features 569 homes, including semi-detached houses, duplexes, and apartment units.
Irish developers, Dwyer Nolan Developments, have submitted plans for a large apartment development, known as ‘Santry Place,’ at the Junction of Santry Avenue & Swords Road in Santry, Dublin.

Dwyer Nolan Developments have secured planning approval for the construction of 927 apartments in Ballyfermot, Dublin 10. Plans for the overall development will involve a large amount of demolition and the renovation of the existing structure on site.
Work is now underway on Deerpark residential development located in Gorey, Co Wexford. The estimated €71.2m scheme, by Clancy Homes, was granted planning permission by An Bord Pleanála in 2019.
