A new luxurious residential scheme in one of Dublin’s most affluent areas – Ballsbridge, has recently hit the market. Shrewsbury Gardens promises to bring a new level of elegance and architectural design to Dublin 4, with the construction of seven four-storey houses, designed to reflect the surrounding grand period mansions.

Westwood Club have announced new state-of-the-art upgraded facilities to two of their six clubs, Clontarf and Leopardstown.

Cairn Homes have submitted plans to An Bord Pleanála for an impressive new scheme in the southwest of Dublin. This is set to be a major addition to the area, featuring a range of residential options alongside various amenities and open spaces.

The proposed development is expected to have a positive impact on the local area, providing much-needed housing options for future residents. The project will involve the construction of 32 high-quality residential units, including one-bed, two-bed, and three-bed apartments, with a range of outdoor spaces to meet the diverse needs of future occupants.

The proposed development, by Beakonshaw, features the construction of 85 new residential units, consisting of 55 apartments and 30 houses, all built over a basement/podium, which will provide car parking spaces, motorcycle, and bicycle parking spaces, in addition to associated storage areas.

This €15M proposed development promises to deliver a total of 41 houses and four one-bedroom apartments.
