The construction of the new luxury 25-unit apartment development at Castleknock Road, Dublin, continues. Developed by Castleshore Investments Limited, the project received the green light from An Bord Pleanála at the end of 2020.
The work involves the demolition of a previously existing residential unit and associated structures. The new scheme at Kilbride Lodge is set to create a three and part four-storey residential complex, featuring 4 one-bedroom units, 19 two-bedroom units, and 2 three-bedroom units, providing residential options to a variety of lifestyles and family sizes.
In addition to the apartment units, Kilbride Lodge will include 27 car parking facilities, with an accessible parking bay, secure cycle storage and enhanced boundary treatment. To facilitate the entrance to the development, improvements including the expansion and regrading of the existing access point onto Castleknock Road will be carried out.
First units poised to enter the market
The first units of Kilbride Lodge are expected to be available for purchase soon. These apartments are being constructed to the highest standards, boasting a Building Energy Rating (BER) of A2/A3 and aligning with Nearly Zero Energy Building Standards (NZEB).
