Irish developers, MKN Property have received the green light for the construction of a 15-storey hotel, 88 build-to-rent apartments, and an office scheme on Dublin’s East Wall Road.
Dublin City Council have approved plans to construct a seven-storey hotel on Little Britain Street in Dublin 7. The development was proposed by Carra Shore Limited and will involve demolition work.
An Bord Pleanála has granted planning permission for the construction of a 112-unit apartment complex on a site southwest of Beach Road and south of Church Avenue in Irishtown, Dublin 4.
Plans have been lodged for the construction of 115 new homes located at Coleville Road, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary.
Contractors are on site for a 296-unit residential development in Cherrywood, proposed by Irish Developers, Cairn Homes. After previously withdrawing plans for a similar scheme on this site, phase one of the new and approved development is now well underway.
The approved scheme will see the demolition of the existing Brickfield House building on Brickfield Drive. The 282 apartments will be contained within four blocks that will range from four to ten storeys in height.
