A planning application has recently been lodged to Kilkenny County Council for the construction of a 15-unit housing development located at 66 Upper Patrick Street in Kilkenny City.
Irish developers, Ardstone Homes have received planning approval for the construction of 241 residential units located at Stocking Avenue, Woodstown, Dublin 16.
There are currently 4,989 housing units earmarked for sites in the South-West Dublin suburbs of Tallaght and Citywest. The 11 projects provide 454 units on average per scheme.
An Bord Pleanala has given the go ahead for the construction of 189 Built-to-Rent Apartments on James Street in Dublin 8. The €40 million scheme was proposed by Jasmine Perfection & Cherry Core who were granted permission in April this year.
