                    Plans have been submitted to Fingal County Council for a new large-scale residential development (LRD) located at Winterwood, Carpenterstown Road, Dublin 15. Spanning approximately 1.87 hectares, the development proposes a total of 175 residential units alongside a comprehensive suite of amenities and community facilities.
 
                    Construction is now underway on a new residential development at the former St. Teresa’s Gardens site. Developed by The Land Development Agency (LDA), the scheme secured planning approval from An Bord Pleanála in 2023.
