Santry Avenue: Planning Approved for 321-Unit Apartment Development February, 2025

An Bord Pleanála has upheld Dublin City Council’s decision to grant planning permission, with revised conditions, for a large-scale residential development at the junction of Santry Avenue and Swords Road, Dublin 9. The approved scheme, developed by Dwyer Nolan Developments Limited, will replace the existing Chadwicks Builders Merchants with a modern residential and commercial development.

Dublin City Council has approved plans for a mixed-use development at the corner of South Circular Road and Dolphin’s Barn Street in Dublin 8. The project aims to transform the site by replacing derelict buildings with a part two-storey to part eight-storey scheme, designated for social and affordable housing.
