Dublin-based developer, O’Flynn Group have submitted plans to Kildare County Council for the construction of a €9.2m residential development in Caragh, Co. Kildare.
The proposed development comprises a total of 39 residential units on the site situated on the land to the North of Caragh Village. All but one of these units will be either detached or semi-detached houses that will each have private open space at their rear. The final residential unit will be an apartment located above a ground-floor retail unit and will also have access to private open space via a balcony or terrace area.
In addition to the new residential units, public open space will be included in the scheme, and developers further plan to improve the site’s immediate surroundings. This will involve upgrading works to the neighbouring roads and to the public realm at the front of the site.
The family-friendly village of Caragh is loved due to the prevalence of amenities on offer such as gastro pubs, local shops and schools. The new development will allow the small village to expand its community and help local businesses thrive.
CGI consultants, 3D Design Bureau, liaised with the development team to provide 3D planning solutions. 3D Design Bureau produced verified view montages and architectural CGIs that were submitted as part of the planning application to Kildare County Council. These verified planning solutions played a role in securing planning approval for the proposed new homes for Carlagh village.

Plans Approved for New Facilities & Facelift to Blanchardstown Blue Mall
The work involved on the Blue Mall includes both internal and external alterations. Amendments will be made to the permitted extension which includes the removal of the roof structure and alterations to the façade. These changes will subsequently provide an external Mall plaza area for visitors to enjoy.
