Work will commence this week on a new Office Development coming to Leeson Lane, Dublin 2. The development is funded by The Office of Public Works and will incorporate the historic Spruce House currently on site.
Plans have been submitted by luxury residential property developer Vico Later Living, for the construction of a high end development located at Mount Auburn on Killiney Hill Road, Killiney, Co. Dublin. This is one of two accommodations proposed by Vico Later Living, Ireland’s first dedicated Later Living developer and operator. Vico is a joint venture between Hibernia Senior Living and Turkington Rock, the luxury property developer.
The proposed scheme will provide 29 apartments in total which will involve both the construction of a new 4-storey apartment block and the refurbishment of the existing Auburn House.
The new apartment block will contain 27 build-to-rent units, each with its own private balcony or terrace, whereas the existing structure on site, Auburn House, will be reconfigured and incorporated into the development to provide two apartment units with private open space and a ground floor communal amenity area. The garden shed, and non-original, single-storey extension of Auburn House will be demolished.
Residents will have access to communal landscaped open space and several high-quality amenities throughout the development including a viewing deck on the third floor of the apartment block, a communal garden room, a cinema room, a hydrotherapy room, an external hot tub, and a day spa.
Car and bicycle parking will be provided at the property including a limited mobility space and two car-club spaces.
Located in the peaceful town of Killiney, this development decorated with several high-end amenities will provide a calm & rich quality of life to all residents.
CGI consultants, 3D Design Bureau, were involved early in the design stage to produce 3D Planning solutions. 3D Design Bureau worked closely with the development team to produce architectural CGIs, verified view montages, and a BRE Daylight and Sunlight Analysis. We also liaised with our partners, AECOM to produce a landscape visual impact assessment for this project.
