Work begins on the approved new office development located in one of Dublin’s prime business districts – Ballsbridge Park, Dublin 4. Renmark Property Holdings Ltd secured planning permission in June and the initial site works have now begun.
Before construction can begin, the demolition of the existing 5-storey ‘Zurich House’ structure will first take place to make way for the 8- storey upgraded office development.
The proposed plans include a variety of amenities for potential users including a gym with associated changing and shower rooms, a double-height entrance reception area, set-back upper floors, and multiple terraces. In the basement, there will be designated parking spaces for cars, bicycles, and scooters.
Ballsbridge has a thriving business community that is home to big names such as Goodbody, the AIB Bank Centre and the US Embassy. This upgraded office development brings with it the potential for the business hub to grow even further.
CGI consultants, 3D Design Bureau, liaised with the development team to provide 3D planning solutions. 3D Design Bureau produced Architectural CGIs and verified view montages which were submitted as part of the planning application to the Dublin City Council.
