3D Design Bureau was appointed to support the marketing of The Leys with a suite of detailed 3D visuals, including interior CGIs, architectural animations and interactive off-plan virtual tours of the one- and two-bedroom apartments.

To support off-plan sales ahead of completion, the visuals were created to give prospective buyers a clear and realistic sense of the homes, from their layouts and finishes to the overall interior character. Particular attention was given to the proposed materials and design details, helping the sales team present the apartments confidently throughout the sales process.

Our client highlighted the value of the walkthrough and stills in supporting this approach, describing their level of detail as “a true representation” of the finished homes.

When complete, the development will feature sixty-one residential units. The scheme secured approval with conditions for its construction in 2021 after a successful first-party appeal overturned Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council’s initial decision to refuse planning permission for this project.

The Leys comprises three- and four-bedroom houses, three-bedroom duplexes, and one- and two-bedroom apartments, all featuring associated balconies and terraces. The scheme includes provisions for car and bicycle parking, landscaped public open spaces and a play area, benefiting future residents.

Located in the highly sought-after area of Carrickmines, The Leys offers residents easy access to the Luas and nearby villages such as Foxrock and Stepaside, providing a variety of social and essential amenities. The area is well-served by shops, restaurants, bars, and artisan delicatessens.
