The historic Bray Head Hotel, a protected structure on Strand Road along Bray Seafront, is undergoing a substantial transformation into a new residential development known as Fontenoy Place. This project, which received planning permission in 2019, is now on the market, offering 49 high-end apartments, including two luxurious penthouses.
Note: 3D Design Bureau is NOT an agent for the sale or letting of any properties within this development.
A new residential development, The Leys on Glenamuck Road South, Dublin 18, is gearing up for its launch soon. The first phase, which includes houses and duplexes, is progressing well and is set to launch this week, with the first viewing scheduled for Saturday, July 20th. Phase 2 will feature one- and two-bedroom apartments, adding further variety to the housing options available.
Experts in 3D marketing solutions
3D Design Bureau produced high-quality, detailed computer-generated images of The Leys’ exterior. Collaborating closely with our client and the design team, we visualised the site, showcasing the different house types and upcoming apartment blocks. These visuals enable potential buyers to understand and envision the development before construction is finished, significantly enhancing our client’s off-plan sales strategies.
When complete, the development will feature sixty-one residential units. The scheme secured approval with conditions for its construction in 2021 after a successful first-party appeal overturned Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council’s initial decision to refuse planning permission for this project.
The Leys comprises three- and four-bedroom houses, three-bedroom duplexes, and one- and two-bedroom apartments, all featuring associated balconies and terraces. The project includes provisions for car and bicycle parking, landscaped public open spaces and a play area, benefiting future residents.
Connectivity and amenities
Located in the highly sought-after area of Carrickmines, The Leys offers residents easy access to the Luas and nearby villages such as Foxrock and Stepaside, providing a variety of social and essential amenities. The area is well-served by shops, restaurants, bars, and artisan delicatessens.
Further upgrades are underway to enhance local infrastructure. The new Glenamuck District Roads Scheme (GDDR) will extend from the roundabout next to The Leys to Enniskerry Road, providing residents with even quicker access to Carrickmines Park and The Luas. Completion of the GDDR is anticipated for May 2025. In addition, Glenamuck Road South will feature restricted access with the introduction of a bus gate, allowing only public transport and authorised vehicles.
