Construction is now underway on the new residential development Dunville House at Dunville Road, located in Navan, County Meath. The five-storey apartment block is set to offer a modern living experience for its future residents, with a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments.
Grandbrind Limited received planning permission from Meath County Council in November 2022 for the construction of a 46-unit apartment block. The development will consist of 7 one-bedroom apartments, 36 two-bedroom apartments, and 3 three-bedroom apartments, all accommodated within a split-level six-storey building, including top-floor setbacks.
The development will also feature a range of amenities and attributes, such as landscaping, ample communal open areas, as well as 75 car parking spaces and 112 bicycle parking spaces, available at the lower ground floor level.
The estimated €10.8m Dunville development promises to positively impact Navan’s community by offering much-needed houses to future residents and professionals of the area.
