Construction is now underway on the new residential development Dunville House at Dunville Road, located in Navan, County Meath. The five-storey apartment block is set to offer a modern living experience for its future residents, with a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments.
Grandbrind Limited received planning permission from Meath County Council in November 2022 for the construction of a 46-unit apartment block.
