
Shrewsbury Gardens
Shrewsbury Gardens is a collection of seven luxury residences situated on Shrewsbury Road, one of the most prestigious streets in Dublin 4. Developed by Glenveagh and designed by a group of architects and designers, this project combines contemporary sophistication with the elegance of the surrounding historic mansions. Each residence spans four floors and features meticulously designed interiors, as well as premium specifications.
We were appointed to produce a range of virtual staging images, originally intended to support our client’s efforts in marketing these luxurious homes internationally. This solution allows for the digital furnishing and styling of interiors, providing potential buyers with a realistic vision of the space’s full potential. Virtual staging not only elevates the visual appeal of a property but also proves significantly more cost effective and efficient compared to traditional staging.
For Shrewsbury Gardens, our team collaborated closely with Glenveagh Homes, Knight Frank and the design team to ensure an accurate representation of the intended design and the level of quality of the furniture envisioned.
A key focus of this project was lighting. We carefully balanced natural and artificial light to achieve a seamless integration between real-world photography and CGI elements, resulting in the photorealistic images you see below.
Additionally, special attention was given to the composition of each shot. For example, the study room’s viewpoint was carefully selected to also showcase the adjacent gym, highlighting the flow between spaces and maximising the impact of the visuals.
The visuals we produced played an important role in the marketing success of Shrewsbury Gardens, positioning it among the most sought-after luxury developments in Dublin. Our work is now being used across digital and print advertising campaigns, as well as in sales brochures, helping to attract potential buyers.

Interestingly, this wasn’t our first involvement in this project. Back in 2019, we also produced exterior computer-generated images to support the marketing efforts while the development was still under construction.
