Wilde Aparthotels, London
Part of Staycity Group, Wilde Aparthotels is a different line of aparthotels offering a premium hospitality experience. Founded in Dublin in 2004, Staycity has grown into one of Europe’s leading aparthotel operators, with more than 30 locations across the UK and Europe under its Staycity and Wilde brands.
Our involvement in this project began with the production of interior computer-generated images, 3D plans, and product visualisation renders for the Staycity Aparthotel in Dublin, culminating in a high-quality architectural animation.
This original project was designed to showcase the guestroom design, highlighting key features such as storage solutions, kitchen appliances, and furniture details. The visuals were used in marketing brochures and online videos, providing potential guests with an in-depth look at the Dublin units.
A few years later, Staycity approached us again, this time to replicate the process for the Wilde Aparthotel units in London. With a similar scope of work, our team recreated each room, adjusting the materials, finishes, and design elements to reflect the new concept.
To produce product visualisation images, our team modelled and rendered specific furniture elements, including the kitchen module and bed module. While these assets can be used as standalone visuals, they are most effective when integrated into an animation video, such as the one we produced.
Working from supplied design specifications, we modelled and visualised both studio and one-bedroom apartments, producing 3D plans and interior renders for each.

The 3D plans provided an aerial overview of the units, offering a more engaging and immersive representation compared to traditional 2D plans. By incorporating depth, lighting, textures, furnishings, and fittings, these visuals allow viewers to easily understand the space. Additionally, 3D plans serve as a foundation for producing high-quality CGIs and animations.
The interior renders further complement the marketing materials, offering potential guests a realistic preview of the room layout, design, and finishes.
Ultimately, the architectural animation tied all these elements together, incorporating panoramic cameras to capture the full essence of the room. Since Wilde Aparthotels operates units across Europe, a similar design to the London project can also be found in other locations across other countries.
