Bloom Capital Limited have received the green light from Dublin City Council to build a €26m apartment development in Coolock, Dublin 5.
The scheme will feature 87 units spanning over 5 floors located on the site of former Chanel College Lands on Coolock’s Main Street.
Developers, the O’Flynn Group are set to begin selling phase 1 of their Cabinteely housing development located in Loughlinstown, Dublin 18.
The scheme, known as ‘Beechpark’, will feature 166 units spanning over 3 storeys on a 5.3 hectare site. The homes will be a mix of 3 and 4 bedroom houses and 1 and 2 bedroom apartments.
O’Flynn construction are set to complete the first phase of 30 homes by the end of 2019.
It also involves part of the construction of a roadway, known as the Druid Glen Road, to access the N11 dual carriageway, the main artery connecting the capital with the southeast.
CGI consultants, 3D Design Bureau worked closely with John Flemming Architects to construct a series of architectural visualisation images for both planning and marketing purposes. 3D Design Bureau produce technical verified view montages and architectural CGIs which were submitted as part of the planning application to An Bord Pleanála.
