3D Design Bureau collaborated closely with Coady Partnership Architects to deliver comprehensive 3D planning and marketing solutions for this project. Our offerings included accurate verified view montages and detailed architectural CGIs, which played a crucial role in aiding An Bord Pleanála’s understanding of the proposed development. This contributed significantly to the successful granting of planning permission.
Spanning 4.5 hectares, the development features 197 residential units comprising houses, apartments, and duplexes. The scheme includes 62 houses offering a mix of 3-, 4-, and 5-bedroom layouts, 115 apartments ranging from 1- to 2-bedrooms across seven blocks, and 20 duplex apartments, with buildings varying from 3 to 4 storeys in height.
Each home will feature high-quality finishes and contemporary furnishings, complemented by access to expansive public and communal green spaces. Additionally, the development includes a 275 sq. m. creche, offering important amenities to the community.
Dun Óir’s future residents will benefit from proximity to the QBC bus corridor, with direct access to Dublin city centre and the airport. Additionally, the development boasts convenient access to the M50 and the LUAS Green Line, facilitating seamless travel throughout the area.
