Planning permission has been granted for a new residential development at the site of ‘The Pastures’ in Dublin 18. The approved project comprises 33 apartments, including 10 one-bedroom units, 20 two-bedroom units, and 3 three-bedroom units, distributed across two apartment blocks ranging from three to five storeys.
Note: 3D Design Bureau is NOT an agent for the sale or letting of any properties within this development.
The historic Bray Head Hotel, a protected structure on Strand Road along Bray Seafront, is undergoing a substantial transformation into a new residential development known as Fontenoy Place. This project, which received planning permission in 2019, is now on the market, offering 49 high-end apartments, including two luxurious penthouses.
Let us help you secure planning!
Fontenoy Place comprises a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, some boasting scenic sea views. The development has units finished to the highest standards, and it is equipped with modern appliances. Beyond the residential spaces, the scheme features internal communal areas, including a courtyard, a restaurant and a café on the ground floor.
3D Design Bureau were appointed to this project to produce an off-plans virtual tour of the one- and two-bedroom units, also highlighting the courtyard and lobby area—which you can experience below. Additionally, an aerial 360-degree render and an evening presentation photomontage of the building and promenade were incorporated into the virtual experience, providing potential buyers with a comprehensive view of the property.
Our 3D visuals and highly detailed virtual tour experience serve as a powerful marketing tool, enabling our client to effectively showcase and pre-sell units long before construction is complete.
Fontenoy Place benefits from an ideal location, having the sea at its doorstep, and maintaining excellent access to Dublin City through various public transport connections and major road networks.
Potential buyers can already register their interest through Buttonworks Real Estate and DNG New Homes at https://fontenoyplace.ie/
The Bray Head Hotel
Built in 1860, the Bray Head Hotel is a protected structure with a rich history. Originally featuring 80 guest bedrooms, cocktail lounges, and a ballroom, the hotel showcased classic Victorian architecture. It gained additional fame as a filming location for movies such as “The Commitments,” “Breakfast on Pluto,” and “My Left Foot.” The hotel remained operational until 2017 when it was sold for redevelopment.
The current renovation and redevelopment project preserves many of the building’s special original features while reimagining the space for modern residential use.
