The next phase of construction is now underway for the estimated €99m development. Baker Hall is projected to be completed by November 2025.
The overall site extends over 15 hectares in Navan’s picturesque commuter town and will be composed of 260 houses and 284 apartments. The homes will be accessible to a wider range of prospective buyers as they qualify for the First Home buyers Scheme and the Help to Buy Scheme.
The houses in Baker Hall will comprise a mix of two, three and four-bedroom homes. As for the apartments, the majority will be spread across 5 blocks ranging from three to six storeys in height, while the remaining units will be contained within several 3-storey corner blocks. Plans also include an additional 30 duplexes spreading over three separate buildings.
Most units will have access to private open space in the form of either a balcony or terraced area, in addition to communal open space within the scheme.
To complement the residential units, the development will also include two crèche facilities with sections dedicated to children’s playgrounds.
Navan is an ideal location for this large development as it offers future residents a balanced lifestyle in the peaceful town with the lively atmosphere of Dublin city being only a 45-minute drive away.
CGI consultants, 3D Design Bureau, liaised with the development team to provide 3D planning and marketing solutions. 3D Design Bureau produced verified view montages and architectural CGIs which were submitted as part of the planning application to Meath County Council and later used for marketing purposes.
