Rock Road Place
Located in the sought-after neighbourhood of Blackrock in South Dublin, this residential development involves the restoration and transformation of a protected structure into two elegant mews homes, alongside three contemporary townhouses to the rear of the site. Each residence is designed to offer a high standard of comfort and finish, complemented by private terraces boasting panoramic views over the Irish Sea.
We were delighted to collaborate with BFRE and Lisney Estate Agents on this scheme, providing a suite of high-quality 3D marketing solutions to support their pre-sales campaign. Our goal was to help generate early interest by presenting the scheme in a compelling and visually engaging way, well before construction reached completion.
3DDB produced an interactive off-plan virtual tour, allowing potential buyers to explore the development remotely via an immersive, realistic experience. The tour opens with a 360-degree aerial view of the site, where users can jump between key viewpoints including Blackrock and Booterstown stations. These highlight the scheme’s connectivity and its proximity to the coastline.
Before exploring the homes, users can drop to a nighttime presentation photomontage we produced, which acts as an interactive hub, allowing them to select and enter the house type they wish to view.
Additionally, our team created photorealistic interior computer-generated images (CGIs), offering a detailed preview of the design, layout, and finishes of the different house types within the scheme.
Combined, these visual tools are already being used across print, online platforms, and outdoor displays, supporting our client’s marketing efforts. As always, our goal is to deliver the best result possible, transferring value to our clients through impactful, high-quality services and solutions.

Fun fact: this project was especially meaningful for our team, as the site sits right next to 3DDB’s previous office. It was a pleasure to work on a location we know so well, and where we once called home.
