Kildare County Council has granted planning permission, with revised conditions, for Glenveagh’s large-scale residential development on Shackleton Road, Celbridge, Co. Kildare.
Following the initial approval by An Bord Pleanála for the SHD RB Central in Sandyford Business District, Expert Eye Property Company Limited has successfully obtained permission for significant amendments under the new Large Residential Development (LRD) approach.
Construction has commenced on a substantial new warehouse development in Co. Kildare. Situated on Monread Road, the project secured approval without any objections from third parties in June 2023.
Plans for a new mixed-use development have been granted with conditions by Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council (DLRCC). Located on Enniskerry Road in Dublin 18, the scheme encompasses a combination of residential units, commercial spaces, and a childcare facility.
