Plans were approved by Fingal County Council for the construction of a new large-scale residential development in Clonsilla, in the outer suburb of Dublin. The proposed scheme involves the demolition of existing buildings totalling approximately 315 sq.m and the construction of 170 housing units across seven blocks.

Galway City Council, in partnership with the Land Development Agency, has submitted a planning application to An Bord Pleanála for the construction of Corrib Causeway, a new large-scale residential scheme on Dyke Road, Terryland, Galway. Construction is now underway on a new residential development at the former St. Teresa’s Gardens site. Developed by The Land Development Agency (LDA), the scheme secured planning approval from An Bord Pleanála in 2023.

An Bord Pleanála has granted conditional planning permission to Beakonshaw Hill Limited for the construction of a new large-scale residential scheme at Chapel Road, Delgany, encompassing 84 dwellings and a crèche on a 2.67-hectare site.
