South Dublin County Council has granted planning permission with conditions for Phase 2 of Evara’s Adamstown Boulevard Development. Located within the Adamstown Strategic Development Zone in the townlands of Gollierstown and Finnstown, the approved scheme will deliver 877 residential homes across a range of unit types.
Fingal County Council has granted planning permission for a new Large-scale Residential Development (LRD) on lands at Forest Road in Swords, north Dublin. The proposed scheme will deliver a total of 109 residential units across a range of house types.
Construction is now underway on Plovers Wood, a major 576-unit residential development located in Lissywollen, Athlone, Co. Westmeath. Originally granted planning permission by An Coimisiún Pleanála in 2021 (at the time An Bord Pleanála), the €126 million project represents a joint venture between Alanna Homes, Roadbridge, and Westmeath County Council.
