Following an appeal, An Coimisiún Pleanála has upheld planning permission for a new residential development in the townland of Kinsaley, Malahide, Co. Dublin. The approved scheme comprises 83 two-storey houses, a two-storey childcare facility, and extensive open amenity spaces.

Fingal County Council has granted planning permission, subject to conditions, for a new 99-bedroom hotel alongside the refurbishment and extension of The Coachman’s Inn, off the R132 near Dublin Airport. The development, initially proposed for 352 units, has been revised to deliver 223 new homes, with part of the site omitted to protect a locally significant tree and to safeguard space for future active recreation.
