Situated in a high-profile location just off Malahide Road, with convenient access to Dublin Airport and Dublin City Centre, the facility formerly occupied by the British multinational Bunzl, is set to undergo significant refurbishment. The project will involve reconfiguring the existing space and implementing a comprehensive modernisation of both the office and warehouse areas.
The estimated €125m scheme in Inchicore will be part of Dublin City Council’s first-in-type initiative that aims to provide more affordable accommodation in urban areas where demand is high.
Dwyer Nolan Developments have secured planning approval for the construction of 927 apartments in Ballyfermot, Dublin 10. Plans for the overall development will involve a large amount of demolition and the renovation of the existing structure on site.
Work is now underway on Deerpark residential development located in Gorey, Co Wexford. The estimated €71.2m scheme, by Clancy Homes, was granted planning permission by An Bord Pleanála in 2019.
