Tipperary County Council has granted planning permission with conditions for a new 122-unit residential development on Coleville Road, Clonmel. Developed by Torca Homes, the approved scheme includes amendments to a previously approved application, initially greenlit by An Bord Pleanála in 2021.

An Bord Pleanála has granted planning permission with conditions to Hollybrook Homes for a significant new development on Naas Road, Dublin 12.
The first phase, which includes houses and duplexes, is progressing well and is set to launch this week, with the first viewing scheduled for Saturday, July 20th.
The historic Bray Head Hotel, a protected structure on Strand Road along Bray Seafront, is undergoing a substantial transformation into a new residential development known as Fontenoy Place. This project, which received planning permission in 2019, is now on the market, offering 49 high-end apartments, including two luxurious penthouses.
